ABSTRACT
The article presents the non-contact isotope thickness sensor from IRM Group. The sensor measures flat-rolled steel, brass, bronze and copper from 0.015 to 0.600 inch. The sensor can be used for pickle lines, slitters and temper mills. It also complements the company's existing line of X-ray and lower energy isotope sources.
