ABSTRACT
The article reports on the three-month summer internship of Stacy Session from Florida A&M in Kenya to serve the management office of Embassy Nairobi. The American Foreign Service Association and the Thursday Luncheon Group had collaborated to sponsor the internship which begun in 1996 aiming to promote awareness of the Foreign Service and to increase diversity within its ranks.
