ABSTRACT
The article discusses software as a service (SaaS). According to James Howard, CEO of CrownPeak, there is still resistance regardless of the control Salesforce.com and NetSuite have of the market. CrownPeak launched the SaaS Myths Campaign which presents and vanishes the existing misconceptions in on-demand solutions. Among the myths include that SaaS has a problem in security, customer loses control, difficulty in integrating the solution, costs over time and competition with the IT organization.
