ABSTRACT
The article presents imagined quotes from Virginia Senator George Allen in response to accusations that he is ashamed of his Jewish heritage. Allen's actual statement about being Jewish but still enjoying pork is followed by clarifications in which he reiterates the very distant nature of his Jewish heritage and his love for all non-Kosher food while adding in some Yiddish phrases.
