ABSTRACT
The article provides information on new trends and styles of rugs in the U.S. Abbyson introduces its Desert Visions collection that uses Himalayan sheep wool and silk that uses vegetable dyes for its color. A transitional collection of hand made rugs made of 90 loop hooked wool, designed by Jodi Reenstiema was introduced by the American Cottage. Homefries introduced the True Red Bandana designed by Robin Roderick that is made by soft poly or acrylic fibers in a large-loop hooked construction for $ 290.
