The article reports on the $500,000 lawsuit filed by Anthony and Yvette Downey against Bob's Discount Furniture company, claiming that a youth bedroom bought at Bob's was contaminated by bedbugs in Boston, Massachusetts. The couple had purchased the bedroom set in December 2004 and had noticed the infestation of bugs in July 2005. They called the attention of Bob's and after the furniture tested positive, the retailer offered Downeys $800, which were refused due to massive infestation. INSET: Untitled.
