ABSTRACT
The article presents information on a study related to the effects of Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitors and angiotensin-receptor blockers (ARB) on blood pressure control. The study was conducted by J.P. Casas and colleagues. The study found that the changes in Blood Pressure were similar across the 5 outcomes of the trial but one of them showed no difference in the degree of change in BP between patients receiving ACE or ARB inhibitors.
