ABSTRACT

This article features several Armenian restaurants in Los Angeles, California. The elegant room at Carousel hints at an old-world Lebanese nightclub and the menu offers Armenian favorites like soujouk flamed tableside. Newly remodeled, Hatsatoun is fashioned like a movie set to resemble the courtyard of an old Caucasus farm compound.
