ABSTRACT
The article presents the initiatives done at the state level on energy solutions that are also environment friendly. While the U.S. has not made bold moves to tackle energy and climate concerns, at least 20 states feel that they should start doing something at their level. Policies have been made to substitute gasoline with ethanol, a more eco-friendly gas. Other suggestions include the use of natural gas, which is cleaner than other fossil fuels; and using renewable energy like wind or solar.
