ABSTRACT
The article presents updates on the construction industry in Great Britain. A Combined Heat and Power (CHP) solution was utilized in the Budenberg Haus project in Manchester, England. By offsetting all unavoidable carbon emissions, Millwood Designer Homes has become the first carbon neutral housebuilding company in the region.
