The article reports on the 2.8% increase in sales in schools' instructional materials spending in July 2006 in the U.S., according to latest sales report from the School Division of the Association of American Publishers. The increment in sales in textbook and supplemental sales did not trigger year-to-date sales in non-adoption states.
