ABSTRACT
The article reports on the trading of natural gas retail distribution business of Kinder Morgan Inc. to GE Energy Financial Services (GE EFS) in the U.S. The trading transaction of $710 million transaction with additional working capital in the midst of a $22 billion management buyout. The GE EFS is making a good strategy in its energy investment arm conglomeration by investment of $3 billion in energy and water assets.
