ABSTRACT
The article focuses on Comcast Corporation's venture called ComcastTIX that will handle ticket sales for all events at the Wachovia Center and Wachovia Spectrum and other arenas in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and in New Jersey. The individual games of the Philadelphia Flyers National Hockey League team were the first events handled by the venture. The service is seen by Comcast as a local branding opportunity.
