The article focuses on the development of the security systems at the Hennepin County Government Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In had three separate standalone projects namely, the access control, video surveillance, and a remodeling of its Security Operations Center. In 2006, Hennepin's employees can enter any building in the county building with the use of a single card.
