The article presents news briefs on the chemical industry. Vopak plans to increase its biodiesel storage capacity at the Singapore Banyan Terminal by 105,000m³ by the end of 2007. PM Terminals has signed an agreement with Cosco Pacific to develop, own and operate the Guangzhou Nansha Phase-2 Container Terminal. Safic-Alcan has acquired Czech chemical distributor, Hubron Speciality Products.
