ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan by Air Products Co. to sell its amines business. The company is selling its amines business to Belgium's Taminco Co. and expects to sell the larger polymers business later in 2006. The divestments are part of Air Products' restructuring, announced in March 2006. The amines business has production in Pace, Florida, and Saint Gabriel, Louisiana, in the U.S. and Camaçari, Brazil.
