Educate Sells Education Station to Knowledge Learning Corp. for $6M

The article reports that Educate Inc. has sold Education Station to Knowledge Learning Corp. (KLC) in the U.S. Education Station is Educate's site-based No Child Left Behind tutoring service. KLC will also pay $10 million over four years to license Educate tutoring software and $2 million for one year's worth of information technology, finance and human resources services.
