ABSTRACT
The article reports on the development of a new film cleaning system for telecine made by Restoration House Film Group and Rank Cintel. The Restoration House Drypur telecine unit compose of two 16 millimeter and two 35 millimeter Drypur rollers with the complete unit that is positioned over the central inspection plate of the Cinetel telecine equipment which is aligned with the film path. It cleans the negative and print film stocks before the transfer video take place.
