The article reports on Mindstorms NXT, an improved version of the popular line of robot tool kits called Lego Mindstorms. Soren Lund oversees Lego Mindstorms. Lego's pitch is that you can make 15 different robots with each pack. The new version is easier to build and has more elegant software, ten times the memory, more precise motors, a speaker and digital sensors. It can communicate wirelessly with any Bluetooth-equipped computer or cellphone.
