ABSTRACT
The article presents the common types of diesel fuel contamination. These fuel contaminations are regarded by the author as common to all types of diesel fuel regardless of its source. Among these are the existence of water in fuel due to temperature rise which is evaluated as the most serious contamination type, the inclusion of sediments and other solids particles, wax that results from temperature downfall, and the time of fuel retention in tank refills and vehicles.
