The article highlights the foster care assistance program of Prudential Financial, a company that sells annuities, mutual funds and life insurance, with the aim to improve its employee retention, productivity and employee morale in the U.S. Employees are 15% to 20% more engaged if they feel that their work-life needs are being met by their employers according to vice president of diversity Maureen Corcoran.
