ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the rating and billing features of the Envision open source software. The toll rates of Envision serve many functions in the billing process such as its use in rating wireless, wireline and other forms of interconnect calls between a given origin and a given destination. All kinds of wireless and Internet service provider-based data that include packets, short message services and multimedia messaging services are supported by Envision.
