ABSTRACT
The article reports on the importance of effective employment in industrial organizations. Employment growth is a crucial factor in the financial picture of the organization. Effective hiring and management are needed to build growth in human capital. There are five steps in achieving employment growth which includes aligning of people with the company objectives, taking an inventory of current talents, undertaking a gap assessment, outsourcing and closing the loop.
