The article introduces several congee recipes. They include hato mugi-grass barley which combines job's tears (hato mugi), water, navy beans, kombu, cardamom, and sea salt in a slow cooker. Overnight wild rice combines wild rice, water, black turtle beans, arame, turmeric, and sea salt in a slow cooker. Camp breakfast teff recipe combines wild rice, teff, black turtle beans, bay leaf, fennel, onion, carrot, dried fish, and dried mulberries cooked overnight.
