ABSTRACT
The article discusses the role of energy, health, and peace in macrobiotics. The first step in establishing peace begins with energy, which plays a determining role in the world of politics, world health, and peace. The concept of energy and energy policy will determine the quality of life in the 21st century. Macrobiotics is about the movement of energy and the nature of change, the power inherent in change against the force required to resist it.
