New wound sealant gains widespread support

The article presents information on the InteguSeal microbial wound sealant from Kimberly-Clark. In a feasibility study conducted by surgeons across Europe, they found that the product is simple to use and fast-drying. InteguSeal is a film-forming liquid that can be applied to any skin surface which seals off spaces in incision site thus preventing bacteria to develop.
