ABSTRACT
The article presents the authors' views about perfect time and techniques for coaching. The coach should be on the spot to observe personally the performance of the individuals. He should be in direct contact with the performers. The coach should accept that each individual has his own quota of strengths and weaknesses. So, he should find a way to help each player maximize individual performance within the team context.
