ABSTRACT
The article describes a hiring system called Hiring the Best to help companies screen the best candidates with less cost. The best process is to look at candidates' behavioral traits: who they are as a person, what drives them, how they make decisions, how they work and interact with others. The four categories of behavioral traits include motivation, think, act and interact. The Top Performer Profile is the benchmark to measure each candidate.
