ABSTRACT
The article reports on the developments in various nuclear power companies. Day & Zimmerman intends to acquire Atlantic Services, Inc. based in Norfolk, Virginia. Garlock Sealing Technologies and Nippon Valqua Industries, Ltd. formed the Garlock Valqua Japan, Inc. to cater to the Asian markets. HydroAire Services obtained the certificate of authorization from the National Board Inspection Code (NBIC) for its services.
