ABSTRACT
The article reports on the possible firm market for beef until 2013 based on the outlook of the European Commission. Beef production in Europe is forecasted to decline by 5% by 2013. According to Peter King, chief livestock adviser of the National Farmers Union, high quality beef imports are expected to increase in the said year.
