ABSTRACT
This article reports on a renovation project for the Herndon Plaza retail center awarded to SIKON Construction Corp. in Orlando, Florida. The project is consists of subdividing the former K-Mart store to include several new retailers, as well as improvements to the entire center's facade and parking lot.
