ABSTRACT
The article announces the appointment of Eric Nichol as president of design engineering services company Moffatt & Nichol. He succeeds Robert D. Nichol, who has held that position since 1975 and will continue as chairman of the board. Eric, a professional engineer specializing in marine structures, is the third generation of his family to work with the firm. He joined the firm in 1993 and worked on projects that represent the firm's broad range of waterfront and structural design expertise.
