The article reports on the acquisition of the Lemberger Co. by Software Technology Inc. (STI), a provider of data management solutions for the school market in the U.S. The move is seen to be the first of several similar acquisitions as STI aims for a growth strategy. According to estimates, the acquisition will give STI annual revenue of about $17.5 million in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006.
