ABSTRACT
The article reports on the development of Zhejiang Lansol Fluorochem hydrogen fluoride (HF) plant in Zhejiang, China through a joint venture between Solvay and Lantian Environmental Protection Hi-Tech Co. It is expected that the facility will produce 20,000 tonne of HF per year. Solvay general manager Vincent De Cuyper says that the development of the plant is significant to the goal of the company of achieving sustainable and profitable growth.
