ABSTRACT
The article deals with the problem on customer data encountered by dance company Pacific Northwest Ballet (PNB) in using the Tessitura system, a customer relationship management database designed for artistic and theatrical organizations. It cites that the system provides incorrect addresses. PNB turned to the QuickAddress Pro system which validates addresses against official U.S. Postal Service records upon entry into a database. The company's information technology manager Jim Mitchell states that the Quickaddress maintained their customer data under control.
