ABSTRACT
The article analyses the factors to be considered in implementing a customer relationship model (CRM) solution. In-house assessment of all business sectors is the first step in deciding for a CRM delivery-model. Sajid Usman, a partner with Accenture stresses that a firm must consider the effect of CRM integration with other systems and the unique needs of the business. It discusses the costs involved in using a hosted solution or implementing an in-house one. Experts discounted the idea that a company can use the size of the business to determine the model to purchase.
