The article discusses the implementation of the customer relationship management (CRM) end-user training system by companies in the U.S. The 2006 Sales Performance Optimization study reveals a remarkable rise in the amount of training provided by companies to end users of their CRM systems. CRM-system users need to know why certain tasks are important for themselves and for the company. It emphasizes the need for appropriate training.
