ABSTRACT
The article deals with the adoption of the VirtualLogger, a hosted call recording/quality monitoring offering from VoiceLog, by Union Street Mortgage Co. (USMC) as required by a financial services firm to which USMC is associated. According to USMC co-owner Ron Blake, the firm wanted USMC to provide recorded calls which will be needed in case of miscommunication with a customer or misunderstanding of the terms of transaction has arisen. The selection of the VirtualLogger would allow the company to save $100,000 a year.
