ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the efforts of financial services (FS) firms to deliver a consistent multichannel customer experience along with their struggle with compliance, fraud and market saturation. According to Gartner research vice president Kim Collins, FS firms are trying to manage such customer experience to increase loyalty. Collins recommends focusing on customer data integration, branding and consistency of message for effective customer experience management. Initiatives like event-based marketing will become easier with a single customer view.
