ABSTRACT
The article presents advice on how to wrap an infant who keeps struggling and squirming when being wrapped during bedtime. It is important to ensure that the baby is tired and ready for sleep before starting to wrap. Be sure that there is no light overhead that is directly shining on the baby's face. A product called Snug as a Bug, a cotton swaddling garment with Velcro tabs, may help in soothing the baby who hates the wrapping process.
