The article reports on a program established by the CSTV unit of CBS Corp. that allows U.S. colleges and their conferences to use broadband rights they hold to create sites with game footage, coach interviews, ticket sales and other content and services. Notre Dame University in South Bend, Indiana has decided to make its content available for free.
