ABSTRACT
The article deals with the recovery of the business sector of New Orleans, Louisiana after the Hurricane Katrina tragedy in September 2005. Business enterprises in the city are exerting efforts to repair infrastructure and installing new communication lines that they need. The sector is also in need of a reliable information source outside the state.
