ABSTRACT
The article looks at how the state of sexual education has influenced the progress of sexual revolution among teenagers in the U.S. in the 1990s. Because sexual activity among teenagers started to decline, the 1990s were considered as a decade of unrequited love, according to sex educators. At the start of the decade, there were already higher rates of sexual disapproval among teenagers. During the 1970s and 1980s, sex education became part of the public schools' instructional systems. And so that children could reach sensible decisions on sexual conduct, school-based sex education had to he comprehensive.
