Silvaco, Circuit Semantecs Reach Settlement, Ending All Litigation

The article reports on the settlement reached by Silvaco International Inc. with Circuit Semantecs Inc. (CSI) in the U.S. The settlement gives Silvaco full ownership of all former CSI Dyna group products, including patent rights and source code as of the last official day of business of CSI on August 15, 2004. Silvaco spin-off, Simucad, will continue the development, sales and support of the products under the names of AccuCell and AccuCore.
