ABSTRACT
The article reports that Merchandise Mart Properties Inc.'s (MMPI) parent company, Vornado Realty Trust has announced the completion of a $195 million refinancing of the five showroom buildings it owns in High Point. The refinancing loan has an interest rate of 6.1 percent and will mature in August 2016. MMPI showroom buildings include the Market Square, National Furniture Mart and Furniture Plaza.
