Vice president for corporate affairs, Sharon Rothwell explains the plan of Masco to convert the d-Scan plant in South Boston, Virginia to a distribution center. In its second-quarter 2006 earnings statement, Masco reported $15 million in pre-tax costs and changes related to the closure of d-Scan.
