ABSTRACT
The article reports that Moody's Investors Service Inc. will maintain the existing ratings and outlook on nine municipal credits despite the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina in Mississippi. Christopher Coviello, analyst from Moody's, commented that the rating are fairly stable, but the company is still assessing for the values of various municipalities in 2007. He said that the rating had considered the funds that was set aside for payment of debt in the coming year.
