The article focuses on the draft amendments for Rule G-21 on advertising issued by the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board in the U.S. The purpose of the revision is to make the rules more in line with those of the Securities and Exchange Commission and National Association of Securities Dealers and to make it easier for security dealers in advertising college savings plans.
