ABSTRACT
The article reports on the market tension created within the investment banking in the U.S. The condition has made an increasing competition between the private placements and the debt markets in particular with the syndicated loans plan. The competition between the two investment program maybe due to the imbalance of the demand and supply of finances. INSET: Leap and Bounds.
