Top Firms Scramble to Nab Junior Bankers

The article reports on the alternatives of investment banking industry to prevent the shortage of junior bankers. Many banks offer a one-year guarantee to junior bankers and have raised their compensation around 10%-20%. The firms are hiring experienced junior bankers from other firms to alleviate their immediate needs and in an effort to prevent a shortage and some are hiring more aggressively from business schools.
